I strive to create buildings and spaces that enable people to live and thrive. I want to reconcile the qualitative approach of Architecture with the rigorous quantitative approach of Engineering.

FEW WORDS ABOUT ME

Being interested in different fields – art, literature, philosophy, engineering – it was natural for me to pursue an interdisciplinary degree like Architecture, a discipline halfway between Art and Engineering, but that also have a significant impact on the physical world and on people’s lives. From the beginning I wanted to reconcile the qualitative approach of Architecture with the rigorous quantitative approach of Engineering. For this reason, after studying Architecture and Urbanism in Brazil I went to study building physics in Japan, where I was awarded a Master and PhD degrees in Urban and Architecture Environmental Engineering. With a broad view on both disciplines, I strive to create buildings and spaces that enable people to live and thrive.
